Dunfermline is now a Royal Burgh and indeed was once the ancient Capital of Scotland, however unlike many other cities it is not content to rest on its laurels and is now undergoing a complete regeneration of its City Centre.
This improvement coupled with a huge expansion of quality housing on its Eastern boundary will be beneficial to both businesses and residents alike.
Dunfermline is the Southern gateway to all of Fife and its many tourist facilities including world class golf courses and beaches.
Dunfermline was also the birthplace of Andrew Carnegie, whose business accumen and philanthropic ideals ensured that his name still lives on some 170 years after his birth.
